Pilates Mat class

  • Focusing on core exercises.
  • Resistance band, loop band, a cushion or ball & Mat.
  • Gentle but powerful core stability exercises using the full body.
  • 40 min class

Ballet for skaters

  • focusing on true straight leg lines and basics of upper body carriage. Tempo play and center combinations.
  • Will need a chair for Ballet Barre
  • 50min class

Off ice edge class

  • Focusing on ankle/knee bend highly beneficial for skating skills, posture, fluid body movement patterns and unique skating moves.
  • Please have a sliding effect( towel on wooden floor or carpet sliders on carpet), long pole (shower tension rod on amazon £4, works well, just needs the length to be as tall as your height) or resistance band, or scarf as substitute.
